In Contrast

For what am I but a lowly prince?
Who has had his time well spent.
Lead me not in to temptation;
But deliver from this trepidation.
For you are the King of all the nations.
Yet your people have grown complacent.
To beg them to choose;
Or let them all loose?
What is that I should do?
For I’ve tried this all before,
And still there is war.
There is only one thing more:
To sacrifice the Son whom You adore.
To defeat death with His last breath
